Another advantage of private property is that each one can use the land to the best of their abilities and not be limited by someone else’s permission.
The writer emphasizes that each individual is a unique individual with his/her own ideas and beliefs. If an idea conflicts with another individual’s, it is better to respect that individual’s beliefs than to try to change them. This way the ideas of all owners will be upheld and kept intact. People should feel free to express their ideas, no matter how contrary other people’s are.
Private property is also a good thing because everyone should be allowed to have as much as they want. Without private property, some people wouldn’t be able to buy or rent new homes. They would be forced to live where they are because they cannot afford to buy or rent a home of their own. It would be nice if everyone could buy their own property and live the life they want, but the reality we live in makes that impossible.
